Thank you for purchasing from OptivaMax. We stand behind our products with a 90-day money-back guarantee, subject to the terms and conditions outlined below. By placing an order with OptivaMax, you agree to be bound by this Return and Refund Policy.
90-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 90-day money-back guarantee from the date your order is delivered. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within this 90-day window, provided all of the following conditions are met.
Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a refund under our 90-day guarantee, you must meet ALL of the following conditions:
1. You must have used the product consistently for a minimum of 30 consecutive nights before requesting a refund. Our product is designed to deliver results over time through sustained nightly use, and we cannot process refund requests from customers who have not given the product adequate time to work as directed.
2. Your refund request must be submitted within 90 calendar days of the confirmed delivery date of your order. Delivery date is determined by the carrier’s tracking confirmation. Requests received after the 90-day window will not be honored under any circumstances.
3. You must contact our customer support team to initiate the return process and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before sending anything back. Returns sent without a valid RMA number will not be processed and Optivamax assumes no responsibility for unauthorized returns.
4. The product must be returned in its original packaging. Products returned without original packaging, or products that have been damaged through misuse, neglect, or improper storage, are not eligible for a refund.
5. Only one refund per customer, per household, and per shipping address is permitted. Repeat refund requests from the same customer, household, or address will be denied.
Non-Refundable Items and Exclusions
The following are expressly excluded from our refund policy:
• Shipping costs (both original shipping and return shipping) are non-refundable.
• Orders purchased during promotional sales, flash sales, or with discount codes exceeding 20% off are final sale and non-refundable.
• Bundle deals and multi-pack orders: refunds will only be issued if all items in the bundle are returned in their original condition. Partial bundle returns are not accepted.
• Products that show signs of tampering, contamination, or damage not caused by Optivamax or its shipping partners.
• Gift card purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Return Shipping
The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as OptivaMax is not responsible for returns that are lost or damaged in transit. Refunds will only be processed once the returned product has been received and inspected at our facility.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to post the refund to your account.
Refunds are issued as the original purchase price minus any applicable shipping charges, restocking fees, or promotional discounts that were applied at checkout.
Restocking Fee
A restocking fee of 15% may be applied to returned items at the sole discretion of Optivamax. This fee covers the cost of inspection, repackaging, and processing of returned goods.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, you must return the original item for a refund (subject to the terms above) and place a new order.
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a product that is damaged or defective upon arrival, please contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery with photographic evidence of the damage. We will, at our sole discretion, either replace the product or issue a full refund for the defective item. Claims submitted after the 7-day window are subject to the standard return policy terms above.
Chargebacks and Disputes
We strongly encourage customers to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with their bank or credit card company. Filing a chargeback without first attempting to resolve the issue with our support team may result in the permanent suspension of your account and ineligibility for future purchases. OptivaMax reserves the right to contest any chargeback that we believe to be fraudulent or filed in bad faith.
Modifications to This Policy
OptivaMax reserves the right to modify, update, or revise this Return and Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. The version in effect at the time of your purchase will apply to your order.
