Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. During high-demand periods, processing times may be extended. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Estimated Delivery Time

Standard shipping takes approximately 8–15 business days from the date of shipment. Delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary depending on your location, carrier delays, customs processing (for international orders), weather conditions, and other factors beyond our control.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the weight of your order. Any applicable shipping charges will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase. Free shipping promotions may be offered from time to time and are subject to specific terms and conditions stated at the time of the offer.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow 24–48 hours after receiving your shipping confirmation for tracking information to become active with the carrier.

International Shipping

We may ship to select international destinations. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees imposed by their country’s customs authority. Optivamax is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing. Delivery times for international orders may exceed the standard 8–15 business day estimate.

Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate when placing your order. Optivamax is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for any additional shipping costs to reship the order.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package appears lost or has not arrived within 25 business days of shipment, please contact us so we can investigate with the carrier. For packages that arrive damaged, please contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery with photographic evidence of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement or refund at our discretion.

P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses

We are able to ship to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses, though delivery times to these addresses may be longer than standard estimates.
